Richard & Son, America’s largest family-owned appliance, electronics and mattress retailer trusted by generations of customers for 117 years, is making shopping even more rewarding with the introduction of Generations+. For the first time, P.C. Richard & Son is launching a free membership program created to give customers more value, exclusive benefits, and added convenience every time they shop. The program is built especially for families who shop with P.C. Richard & Son and keep coming back.
“As a family-owned business, we’ve always believed that our relationship with a customer should extend well beyond a single purchase,” said Gregg Richard, President & CEO of P.C.
